Last week I watched two movies:

Mission Impossible 3 turned out better than its predecessor. There’s not much else to say, so be it.

I had never seen The Godfather, believe it or not. It’s an absolute classic, so I gave it a whirl. Also it was the perfect preparation for the sixth season of The Sopranos, which is now available at my online rental service. I can hardly wait.

Then I have a new blog section. A friend of mine, Anne, reads a book a week. Approximately so. Anyways, she keeps a list of all books she’s read in the last years on her website and it’s a very impressive list. Well, I don’t have the time or discipline to read as much, I prefer movies, as you might have noticed. Now, I decided to copy her idea. I’ve started to write a list of all movies and shows I’ve seen since December last year. It contains only movies I’ve never seen before. I’m curious how long it’ll be in a year.

It’s hot hot hot, and when I went shopping yesterday I lost like 5 liters of sweat – unfortunatly I’m still way too fat. I’ll stay home today and eat cream pies, that’ll surely help.

In other news, I’m tired. I slept too long last night and that always makes me even more sleepy. And I don’t know what to cook. Usually I enjoy cooking on weekends – on work days I eat in the company canteen – and I even went shopping last night, at Nine. That was a first, going so late, it’s great! I used to go at noon but that’s never wise, you don’t get shopping carts and the masses of people behave like there was no tomorrow. In the late evening people are much more relaxed (plus there’s only a few of them). However, they are relaxed so … hard … that most of them appear rather lethargic and you have to either push them or walk at snail speeds to find your way to the shelves blocked by their carts. Anyways, I was hungry and I bought too much, and now I still don’t know what to cook. Gonna be a spontaneous decision.

My Bird of Prey is dripping. I had to give it a real wet job. Just dusting it off didn’t do the trick, the dust sticks in the detailed parts. Now, stop, dirty bastards. When I say Bird of Prey, I mean Bird Of Prey. There, it still drips. Now I just need a pair of whales and I can re-enact The Voyage Home.

Pretty dark over here by now. What a great quote, anways. No post today, but I promise, tomorrow I’ll post a picture of a bunny. No joking.
